Disinformation VS Free Speach
People often voice the idea that filtering disinformation or flagging it infringes on the freedom of speech. The question is where do we draw the line? I would love to hear different opinions.
To me, the line starts where the intent for malice becomes clearly visible, like fraud, scamming, a suggestion of violent and criminal actions, etc. What do you think?
